Nothing beats a fresh, warm, homemade scone with clotted cream and jam, and butter if you’re that way inclined! All our scones are baked fresh for an unforgettable service.
Sustainability Promise
We use plastic free packaging for vending from our caravan, and vintage crockery for afternoon tea service. We are plastic free where possible, and this includes offering water in infinitely recyclable cans.
An all-in small, family business
Our husband-and-wife-and-mother-in-law team manage all facets of the business ourselves to keep costs down. This includes engineering, baking, cleaning, maintenance, marketing, website management, communications, research, bookings, customer service, and more!

We are proud to put our local community first. Based in Yaxley, Huntingdonshire, we strive to bring our products and services to as many local events as possible.
We particularly value collaborations with non-profit and charitable organisations, and we prioritise fundraising events and celebration days that support and uplift deserving communities.
While we are delighted to serve a wide range of events, we especially welcome enquiries from organisers working to benefit marginalised groups.

Afternoon Tea Experiences
We have recently added afternoon tea experiences to the services provided by Scone with the wind.
These events can be booked privately, and are not vended from the caravan so can be enjoyed indoors.
We also with partner with local businesses such to bring unique experiences such as Mini Donkey Afternoon Tea!
